At Lumilover, we want you to love every custom product you receive. If there’s any issue, our support team will make it right — fast and with care.

You’re entitled to a 100% refund or free replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery if any of the following applies:

  • The item arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.
  • The product is different from the description or your customization details.
  • The size received is incorrect due to our production error.
  • The item is missing, lost, or delivered to the wrong address.

What’s Not Covered

We’re unable to provide refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Orders placed with wrong size, product, or shipping address.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear.
  • Personal taste or change of mind after the item has been made.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance events.

For these cases, our team may offer a partial store credit or discount as a goodwill gesture.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at support@lumilover.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging (including the shipping label).
  2. Our friendly support team will review your case within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send your refund or replacement — no need to return the item.

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

Refunds are always applied to the original payment method.
