You’re entitled to a 100% refund or free replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery if any of the following applies:
- The item arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.
- The product is different from the description or your customization details.
- The size received is incorrect due to our production error.
- The item is missing, lost, or delivered to the wrong address.

What’s Not Covered
We’re unable to provide refunds or replacements for the following reasons:
- Orders placed with wrong size, product, or shipping address.
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear.
- Personal taste or change of mind after the item has been made.
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance events.
For these cases, our team may offer a partial store credit or discount as a goodwill gesture.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email us at support@lumilover.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging (including the shipping label).
- Our friendly support team will review your case within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll send your refund or replacement — no need to return the item.

Refunds are always applied to the original payment method.
